Lunar Gardener shows you, in an easy to read calendar format, the influences that the Moon has at the time. Each influence may be tapped on to display useful information detailing that influence, making it very easy to determine how your plants may be affected.

The observation of rhythms in nature plays a key role in Moon gardening practice. What is important is not just where the Sun or Moon is at a given moment, but also what the trend of its movement is, and how they relate to each other.

One of the most obvious rhythms of the Moon that can be observed is the Phase of the Moon, which is the relationship between the Sun and Moon. Traditional farming practices all over the world use this to determine what activities to perform.

In the case of the Sun, the most important considerations are how long it stays in the sky overhead. This is reflected in the seasons. The Moon has a similar rhythm which we might call the Moon Season.
